2018 Fall Health Seminar: Social Determinants of Health

Join The Wellness Coalition and Medical Advocacy & Outreach for the 2018 Fall Health Seminar: Social Determinants of Health. The seminar will be held Thursday, November 29, 2018 at the Montgomery County Health Department – 2nd Floor Auditorium – located at 3060 Mobile Highway in Montgomery, AL. Check-in starts at 7:30 a.m. and the seminar will be held from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. REGISTER TODAY! Early Bird rates end on November 16.

This seminar is ideal for social workers, nurses and other healthcare professionals, as well as case managers and those who refer clients to community resources.

Participation is worth 6 contact hours for Social Work or 7.2 contact hours for Nursing. Credit will be provided by The Wellness Coalition. This activity has been submitted to Alabama State Nurses Association for approval to award contact hours. Alabama State Nurses Association is accredited as an approver of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.
