For the convenience of Medical Clinic and Behavioral Health patients and clients, MAO now provides secure ways for you to access your basic health record, request appointments, and send important messages to your providers.
If you are a client of MAO and would like to benefit from having online access to these portals, you MUST let your provider, nurse, or clinic intake representative know. They will activate your secure access and email you a web link to confirm your information.
If you have already confirmed your online portal use, select the portal at the right that best reflects the type of care you receive from MAO. Use the username and password you have already confirmed to log into your personal record at any time.
For security purposes, MAO encourages you not to allow your browser to automatically save your login information. Make your information unique to you, but something you can easily remember.
