At MAO, we recognize all patients are unique.  Our caring Social Services team is here to assist you in developing the best approach to managing your HIV.  During the intake process, you will meet with an Outreach Case Manager to discuss your needs and expectations and develop a plan to manage your HIV. After your first provider appointment, you will meet with your assigned social worker to discuss any questions or concerns you may have. Your social worker will assess your medical and non-medical needs on an on-going basis to ensure you are receiving the most appropriate care.

Your social worker will also link you to any resources you may qualify for, including:

  • Medication Assistance Programs
  • Emergency Financial Assistance
  • Food Bank
  • Housing
  • Transportation
  • Legal Assistance
  • Maternity Needs
