About the Presenter:
Ashley Slye is the Manager of Positively Safe, NNEDV’s project on the intersection of HIV/AIDS and DV. She has supported the Positively Safe team since it was founded in 2010 and has been instrumental in the development of NNEDV’s DV & HIV Toolkit, topical training, and webinars for domestic violence and HIV advocates. Ashley has presented at the intersection at numerous international, national, and state conferences, including the World Conference of Women’s Shelters and the US Conference on AIDS.
Medical Advocacy & Outreach (MAO) has been approved by NBCC as an Approved Continuing Education Provider, ACEP No. 6882. Programs that do not qualify for NBCC credit are clearly identified. MAO is solely responsible for all aspects of the programs. This activity has been approved for up to 1.0 contact hour for counselors.
Medical Advocacy and Outreach (MAO) has been approved by the Alabama Board of Social Work Examiners as a provider of Continuing Education for social workers, Provider No. 0134. This activity has been approved for up to 1.0 contact hour (clinical) for social workers.
Medical Advocacy & Outreach is an approved continuing education provider of the Alabama Board of Nursing, ABNP 1554, exp. 10/24/2024. This activity has been approved for up to 1.0 contact hours for nurses.

Following the presentation, a continuing education contact hours certificate will be emailed to all attendees who successfully complete all requirements for earning credit.
