MAO now offers Sexually Transmitted Infection (STI) testing and treatment in the MAO Wellness Center.

The Center is located at 3050 McGehee Road, Montgomery, Alabama 36111.

Appointments are preferred. Call (334) 356-0549 for an appointment.

Walk-in clients are accepted during the following times:

Monday – Wednesday: 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM

Thursday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Friday: 8:30 AM – 9:30 AM

The MAO Wellness Center is closed daily from 12 PM – 1 PM.

How much does STI testing and treatment cost?

STI treatment costs $50 per visit for standard lab testing and treatment.

What services does MAO offer?

MAO offers confidential testing and treatment for Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs) such as gonorrhea, chlamydia, syphilis, and trichomonas.

Additional services include:

FREE HIV testing and rapid referral for treatment if needed
PrEP education and linkage to PrEP services
PEP services (Post-exposure Prophylaxis) or treatment to prevent HIV after possible HIV sexual exposure, if certain criteria are met. (Call for more information.)
FREE condoms and other safer sex supplies
